OTENRA is independent and self-funded, and today it is a very small operation. When that changes, openings will be listed on this page — not on a job board first.
How we intend to work
We would rather say nothing than advertise a role that does not exist. So this page stays honest: there is no hiring pipeline, no talent pool and no open application form to sit in.
When OTENRA does open a position, the description will state the actual work, the actual scope and the actual conditions. No growth theatre, no invented seniority ladders.
If you want to be considered later
Write to hello@otenra.com with something you have built. Not a template cover letter — a project, a repository, a piece of writing, a product decision you are proud of. It will be kept only if you ask us to keep it.
