Privacy is a design decision at OTENRA, not an afterthought. This policy explains — in plain language — what data this website and our products handle, and what we deliberately avoid.

The short version

  • otenra.com uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
  • We collect no personal data through this website, except what you choose to send us by email.
  • Every OTENRA product publishes its own clear data disclosures before it is released.

1. Who we are

OTENRA (“we”) operates this website at otenra.com and builds the products announced on it. For anything related to privacy, you can reach us at privacy@otenra.com.

2. This website

No tracking

This website contains no analytics scripts, no advertising networks, no social-media embeds and no fingerprinting. It does not set cookies for tracking or marketing purposes.

Hosting and technical data

otenra.com is served through Cloudflare’s global network. Like any web server, this infrastructure processes technical connection data — such as your IP address and browser information — transiently, to deliver pages securely and to protect the site against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security purposes only.

3. Email

If you write to us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to respond and to resolve your request. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not share your correspondence with third parties.

4. OTENRA products

Each OTENRA application ships with its own product-specific privacy disclosures, published at otenra.com before release. Across all products we follow the same principles:

  • Data minimization — collect only what a feature genuinely needs.
  • Privacy by design — sensitive processing stays on your device wherever possible.
  • Clear control — you can see, export and delete your data.
  • No selling of data — user data is never sold or traded.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data concerning you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@otenra.com.

6. Changes to this policy

When our data practices change — for example when a product launches — this policy will be updated here, with the date above revised accordingly.
